- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic (Australia):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
International:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)
- Express International Shipping: 3-10 business days (varies by destination)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, customs processing, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.
- Free standard shipping is available for orders over a specified amount (details provided at checkout).
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
- You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
- If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us at enquiry@gmv.com.au.
5. Address & Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. GMW is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
6. International Shipping & Customs
- International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country.
- GMW is not responsible for any additional charges incurred due to customs regulations.
7. Undelivered or Lost Packages
- If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check with the shipping carrier first.
- If your order is confirmed as lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
- GMW is not responsible for stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
